We are a collaborative of designers that believes that in order to achieve, things must be done differently. In our designs, we emphasize on a holistic, human centric approach and strive to provide an engaging dialogue between user and space.
OUR STORY
“Now, I get to dream. Understanding the design industry as it is today, there is nothing to dream. But through this team, and the confidence they have invoked in me, I dare to challenge how this industry works. We exist to make a difference, make changes, and build. I get to dream bigger now.”
The LIFESTYLE+ initiative came about as a result of seven minds, each with a drive to change the design industry. When we first started this idea, we noticed that our industry was lacking; in an honest culture, and ethical principles.
But we are believers in change. We decided not to take the easy way out, as what we have seen so many times over. To us, a design is more than what you do with a space. A design is a journey that one embarks on.
We are LIFESTYLE+ and this is our journey.

WORKFLOW
1. Initial Contact
Understand the needs of the owners, the living environment, preferences, project budget, schedule of progress, etc.
2. Planning Phase
The initial planning will involve establishing the outline of the design - the story, functionality, and aesthetics of the space.
3. Conceptual Proposal
Initial sharing of ideas, 3D visuals, and costing by the designers. Owners can feedback on the proposed design, and seek advice from the designers.
4. Revised Proposal
Subsequent rounds of sharing involving the revised designs and costing, if any. To move forward from this point, the project quotation should be signed.
5. Technical Deliverables
After signing the contract, designers will produce the confirmed 3D visuals and detailed drawings for construction. During this period, designers will work closely with the owner.
6. Construction
After acknowledgement of the confirmed detailed drawings from the owner, work begins on site. Owners will also be regularly updated as to the schedule and progress throughout the construction process.
7. Handover
After the construction work is completed, the designer will handover the unit back to the owner. The owner is free to move in, and inspect the unit for defects, if any.
8. Rectification Works
The designer will continue to attend to unit, and resolve any defects highlighted by the owner.
9. Completed Delivery
The owner checks and accepts the house, and closes the case.
